Heard counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Shri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent no.5. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the respondent nos.6 and 7. 3. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers:- "i. issue a writ order in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to take action on the report dated: 03.11.2025 submitted by Lekhpal and Revenue Inspector of Village Mahanpur within certain stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit considering the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.
