The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.3/Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Baareilly to decide the Case No.2321 of 2024 (CNR No.D202412130002321) (Prem Shankar Vs. Divyanand Spiritual Foundation Sant Kripal Nagar, Hardoi) expeditiously. 2. In the facts and circumstances of the case and without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Baareilly to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law but after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned unless there is no legal impediment.
