Court No. - 6 HON'BLE PRAKASH PADIA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the private respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the private parties feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.1/Commissioner Prayagraj Division Prayagraj to decide Restoration Application No.C202502000002446 filed in Revision No.2075 of 2024 (Maya Sahu Vs. Ishwardeen and others) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the respondent No.1 since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in
