The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayers:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur to decide the Case No. 570 of 2026 in Computer Case No. T202616530100560 (Ram Surat Versus State), under Section 389 to 392 Revenue Code Manual pending before him since 13.12.2023 with regard to mutation proceeding within time bound stipulated period. 3.
