The revision No.2951/2025, Computer Case No.C202501000002951, was filed by the private respondents namely Nanak Chand and others against the present petitioner in which notices were issued to the petitioner on 30.10.2025. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already submitted his written statement in the aforesaid proceedings but till date no decision has been taken hence present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner (Judicial), IInd Agra Division, Agra before whom the aforesaid revision is pending to decide the same expeditiously. 3. From perusal of the record in transpires that nothing has been stated in the entire petition that there is any extraordinary situation nor any arguments has been made in this regard by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the court below to
