Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 & 2. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the private-respondents. 3. The only prayer made by the petitioners in the present writ petition to direct the Respondent No.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bansdih, District Ballia to decide the Case No.7167 of 2025, Computer Case No.T202515090607167 (Algu Vs. Hari Shankar) filed on 15.04.2011 under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1901, Mauja Mahatpal @ Sahatwar, Tehsil Bansdih District Ballia within stipulated period. 4.
