Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Jhansi Division, Jhansi as respondent No.7 in the array of the respondents during the course of the day. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the private-respondents. 4. After some arguments counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the newly added respondent namely Respondent No.7- Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Jhansi Division, Jhansi to decide the Revision No.2044 of 2025, Computerized Case No.C202506000002044 (Smt. Purti Singh vs. Ram Autar @ Krishna Avtar and others) within stipulated period. 5. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents has no objection. 6.
