Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Consolidatin Officer Sadar I, Mau, District: Mau (Respondent No. 2) to ensure the herring of Case No. 170/2025 Computerized Case NO. 2025541551 56030170 (Earlier Case No. 969/2015-16) Chandrabhushan and others Vs. State u/s 9A (2)of U.P.C.H.Act, 1953 and decide the same within stipulate time which this Hon'ble Court may fixed. 3.
