Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 23.12.2020 passed by Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, District Jaunpur in case no. 616/CO/2020-21 with regard to plot no. 4119M measuring an area 0.02 dismal situated at Village-Suris, Pargana Anguli, District-Jaunpur Tehsil-Shahganj, whereby the plot was excluded from the chak no. 961 and the report Ex-1 dated 23.12.2020 of the Assistant Consolidation Officer Deokali/Manikala, District-Jaunpur. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus and directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the recall/restoration application of the petitioners in case no. 616/CO/2020-21 and decide the same within stipulated time." 3.
