This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondent No. 2, Consolidation Officer, Tehsil Ghazipur, District Ghazipur to expeditiously decide the petitioner's Application dated 30.11.2024, filed under Rule 109 of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Rule in Case No. 1024 of 1992 (Lakhraj Vs. Natha) within a time-bound period as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court;" 3. It has been submitted that proceeding under Section 109-A of UP Consolidation of Holdings Act is pending consideration since 30.11.2024.
