Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the Deputy Director of Consolidation to decide the proceeding U/s 27(3) of U.P.C.H. Act submitted by the petitioner, within stipulated period time specified by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent authorities not to evict the petitioner from the property in issue and not to remove the petitioner's house, animal dwelling, plantation and other permanent structures maintained by the petitioners since last 100 years over the land in dispute.
