Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directa writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to compliance to the order dated 24.11.1992 passed by the respondent no.3 to be prepared C.H. Form-11 as well as C.H. Form-23, thereafter accordingly correct the C.н. Form-41 as well as C.H. Form-45, the name shall be mutated. II. a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2 to be prepared field book and records of right under section 10 of the U.P. C.H. Act, 1953." 2. It is submitted that the appeal under Section 11(1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act is pending since 05.04.2
