Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and perused the record on board. 2. After due deliberations at length, learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed prayer No. 2 only, which is quoted hereunder:- "ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to take necessary action on the application dated 19.06.2025 of petitioners filed in Case No. 30 (Surendra Kumar and another Vs. State) under Section 42-Ka U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act within stipulated period which is pending before the respondent No. 2 (Annexure No. 2 to this writ petition)." 3.
