Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding or directing the respondent no.2-Consolidation Officer Kashya at Padrauna, District Kushi Nagar- to decide the case no. 202154054465040122 (Case No. 399+400) (Ghurahu versus Ajay and others) under Section 9A(2) of U.P.C.H. Act situated village Semara Hardo, Tappa Chaura Badgaon, Pargana Sidhua Jobna, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushi Nagar within a stipulated period as fixed by this Honb'le Court." 3.
