Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of an objection under Section 9A(2) of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act pending consideration in the court of Consolidation Officer, Moradabad (respondent no. 3). 3. It is submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 04.09.2025 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation matter was remitted before the Consolidation Officer and same is pending consideration since then, despite the fact that opposite parties are appearing and the case is ready for final adjudication. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case a direction is issued for early disposal of the aforementioned matter. 5.
