To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 i.e. the Commissioner of Consolidation, Lucknow to decide the Application/representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2024 pending before him within shortest period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
