Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the Consolidation Officer Sadar-II Azamgarh (Respondent no.2) to decide the Case No.2592/2025, Computerized Case No.20255415657012592 (Shamu vs. Haushila and others) under Section 9A(2) U.P.C.H. Act, with regard to village Medhi, Kharchalpur, Pargana & Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh, within some specific time bound period." 3. It is submitted that objection under Section 9-A(2) of U.P.C.H. Act was decided by the order dated 27.10.2017. The petitioner has preferred restoration application which was allowed, vide order dated 09.06.2025; consequently, original proceeding under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P.C.H.
