The instant writ petition has been filed against the order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation is revisable. Therefore, the instant writ petition is not maintainable on the ground of the availability of an alternative remedy to file a revision. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted the availability of remedy to file revision against the order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation. 4. In this conspectus as above, the instant writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of an alternative remedy to file a revision before the Deputy Director of Consolidation.
