Order on Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 16 of 2025. The instant application has been moved on behalf of the petitioners supported by an affidavit of Paras Singh-petitioner no. 1/1. 2. Sri Gowardhan Prasad, learned advocate, holding the brief of Sri Divesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in changed circumstances, petitioners do not want to press the instant writ petition. Therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. There is no opposition to the withdrawal application moved by the petitioners. Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Order on writ petition.
