Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the of Respondent No.2/Deputy Director Consolidation, District Jaunpur to decide the stay application in Revision No. 1380 [Jiya Lal and Others Vs. Guru Prasad and Others] under Section 48(1) of the U.P.C.H. Act and till the disposal of the stay application, direct the Respondent No. 3/Consolidation Officer, Sadar (Rule 109), District Jaunpur not to proceed and decide the Computerized Case No.202554143658040231 [Sochan and Others Vs.
