Heard Sri Ram Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned standing counsel for the state-respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, commanding respondent no.2/Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow to decide the Restoration Application No.2362/2016 dated 19.10.2016 (Annexure No.5) filed by Phoolbadan (respondent no.3) against the order dated 29.4.2016 passed by respondent no.2 in Revision No.853 of 2016 (Biscuit Yadav vs. Phoolbadan and Others), pending before him since 19.10.2016, within the stipulated time. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that restoration application filed by private respondent against the order dated 29.4.2016, is pending before the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow/respondent no.2 since 19.10.2016. He submitted that appropriate direction be issued for the expeditious disposal of the pending restoration application.
