Heard Sri Bipin Lal Srivatava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the state-respondents and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Malviya, learned counsel for the respondent-nagar palika. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of mandamus, commanding respondent no.2/Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the Revision No.915 of 2020 (Computerized Case No.AL2020142900915) (Vijay Shankar and Another vs. State of U.P. and Others), expeditiously, within the stipulated period. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that revision filed by the petitioner, arising out of the proceeding under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act is pending before respondent no.2 since 14.9.2020.
