Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 1 decide the restoration application no. 903/2023 in Revision No. 968/699/513/400 of 2016 (Jagdish Prasad & others Vs. Jagdamba Prasad & others) pending before him, within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It has been submitted that the matter is pending consideration for a substantial period of time; however, no efforts are being made to get the same decided expeditiously. 4.
