Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shailesh Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow to decide the Case No.REV/ 637/ 2018/ Fatehpur, Computerized Case No.R2018022500637 (Dost Mohammad and others vs. Lal Mohammad) under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by private respondent nos.3 & 4 impleading the the petitioner as opposite party is pending before respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow.
