Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has assailed the order dated 30.10.2025 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, whereby restoration application filed by the respondent No. 3 was directed to be decided afresh on merits. 3. Perusal of the record reveals that, having been aggrieved by the order dated 24.05.2008 passed by Consolidation Officer, the respondent No. 3 had filed a restoration application dated 19.10.2015. The Consolidation Officer, vide order dated 30.12.2021, dismissed the restoration application. Being aggrieved thereby, the respondent No. 3 preferred a revision. The Deputy Director of Consolidation, vide order impugned dated 30.10.2025, allowed the revision and remitted the matter before the Consolidation Officer with a direction to decide the restoration application dated 19.10.2
