A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel that the writ petition itself may not be maintainable as the writ petitioner has a busy body and in service matters, PIL is not maintainable. 3. According to Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel, in case, any inquiry is conducted against the respondent no. 6 then it shall be given a logical end. 4.
