Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. Sri Pranjal Mehrotra has accepted notice on behalf of Respondent No.2. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that earlier he came to be transferred from Primary Health Centre, Cantonement, Varanasi to Health Centre Sikroul, Varanasi. The said transfer order was set aside in Writ-A No.7470 of 2025 (Himanshini Verses State of Up and others), however, the writ petitioner has not been paid salary from the month of October 2024 to July 2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner is to be decided at the first instance by Respondent no.5. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy
