Heard Sri Dilip Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is a Police Constable, he seeks transfer from District Ghazipur to Districts- Etah, Meerut or Mathura on medical ground. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Additional Director General of Police (Establishment) U.P., Lucknow. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the second respondent, Additional Director General of Police (Establishment) U.P., Lucknow by 30.01.2026. Thereafter, the second respondent shall decide
