Heard Sri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Shri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition on behalf of the writ petitioner nos. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 30 and 31 on the ground with a liberty to file writ petition before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. Thus, liberty is accorded to writ petitioner nos. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 30 and 31 to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. 3.
