Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Shiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Lal, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed as Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) and she superannuated on 30.06.2025 but she has not been given retiral benefits including encashment of 10 months' earned leave, Arrears of increased Dearness Allowance (DA) installments, Government/Cooperative Insurance amount, General Provident Fund (GPF), and all other pending retiral benefits, along with 18% interest. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the fifth respondent, Chief Medical Officer, District Jhansi. 5.
