Sri Avaneendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, while seeking liberty to approach the Labour Court having territorial jurisdiction questioning the orders dated 07.08.2025 and 18.08.2025 in that regard. 2.
