Heard Sri Avadhesh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Prashant Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The sole prayer made in the present petition is for a direction to the second respondent to consider the claim of the writ petitioner for transfer from Aligarh to Meerut wherein the writ petitioner is working. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, Commissioner and Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P., Section-12, Lucknow. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the second respondent, Commissioner and Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P., Section-12, Lucknow
