Heard Sri Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a Constable PAC on 16.12.1984 and was superannuated on 31.07.2024.Grievance of the writ petitioner is that he had been paid pension till 29.08.2025, but post the said date, he has not been paid the pension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
