Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (a) Issue, a writ, in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 06/12/2024, passed by the Respondent No. 3, (enclosed as Annexure-1) to the writ petition; (b) Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities, to Reinstate the services of the petitioner on the post of Company Commander, treating the petitioner continuous in service, with all consequential benefits and to pay the regular salary of the petitioner, month by month when it falls become due; (c) Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondents, to Re-Consider the claim of the petitioner for Reinstatement in his services; (d) Issue, any other writ order or direction, in favour of the petitioner, as this Hon'ble Court
