Sri Santosh Kumar Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 27.09.2025 (Annexure No.5 to this writ petition), on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2.
