Heard Sri Ajeet Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. This Court on 16.12.2025 entertained the writ petition and accorded time to the learned Standing Counsel to obtain instructions. 3. Today, instructions have been forwarded under the signature of the Additional Secretary, Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow dated 31.12.2025, which is taken on record. 4. The present writ petition has been preferred seeking following reliefs.- "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10.09.25 passed by respondent no. 2, Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, 19-C Tulsi Ganga Complex, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow. II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the respondent permit the petitioner to participate in the subsequent stage of selection i.e.
