Heard Sri Kailash Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Prashant Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is a Fire- Service Driver in Police department in district Bareilly.
