Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Mridul Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Mr. Pradeep Singh, learned counsel for the respondent- Gram Sabha. 2. The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of madamus directing the respondent- authorities to remove the illegal encroachment over the Gata No.1003 area 0.416 hectare as Pond in the revenue Village Pancahayat Duguna Post Katra Bazar Block Deegh District-Badohi expeditiously preferably within a stipulated period. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent- authorities and remove illegal encroachment of private respondent no.6 as per Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously preferably within a stipulated period." 3. Learned
