On the basis of written instructions provided by the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Colonelganj, District Gonda, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the pakka road has been constructed and smooth passage is going on and some small portion is under encroachment regarding which two proceedings under Section 67 (1) of
