The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, for the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon a commercial dispute between the parties. 1 Act 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has approached this Court invoking Clause 26 of the Special Conditions of Contract [“SCC”] read with Clause 25 of the General Condition of Contract [“GCC”]. 3.
