Broadly speaking, according to prosecution case, a blind FIR was registered on the basis of telephonic information received in the police station regarding discovery of a dead body in the tea stall of the informant. After investigation, the accused/applicant was arrested as a culprit. As per prosecution case, the deceased was killed by way of danda blows.
