This Review Petition has been sought against judgment dated 04th December 2025 passed by this Court wherein the Writ Petition filed by petitioner was dismissed. 2. A perusal of the grounds taken in the Review Petition bear out that petitioner seeks to agitate the same set of issues, as have been addressed in the Writ Petition and has now been assessed by this Court and a judgment 3. Petitioner raises an issue that, in paragraph 22, the Court made an observation that petitioner seems to have been consistent in litigating against respondent no.3/Society on one pretext or the other. However, this was not determinative of the assessment on the judgment, as noted in paragraph 23, where the Court clearly stated that “be that as it
