Heard Sri Narendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.21 of 2023, under Sections 302 and 201 I.P.C., Police Station Maharajpur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no eye-witness to the incident. The applicant has simply been made an accused on the basis of suspicion only, as it seems to be a love triangle. In all, four witnesses have been examined and even in their statements, no cogent or direct evidence has come up against the applicant. 5.
