Heard Sri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Yogesh Mishra, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.79 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 191(1), 191(2), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 304(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kaila Devi, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith seven other co-accused persons and 10-12 unknown persons are stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to four person in all, of which one Girdhari succumbed to the injuries on 15.05.2025 at about 4:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said off
