Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2024, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station-T.P. Nagar, District-Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that applicant was nominated in the F.I.R. on the basis of suspicion only. He further argued that prior to the said F.I.R. the inquest proceedings of the deceased person was completed and the informant i.e. inquest witness no. 2 did not whisper a single word against the accused person rather the opinion of the Sub Inspector indicates that some unknown persons have assaulted the deceased person, as such, it is
