Srivastava, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Bhavesh Singh Jadaun, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 425 of 2020, under Sections 34, 120-B, 147, 148, 149, 302, 307 of IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station - Chakeri, District - Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Deenu Upadhyay @ Dheeraj Kumar Upadhyay has already been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.9.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 25629 of 2025. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to
