Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Aditya Yadav, learned counsel for the informant and Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 274 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Sasni, District Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the husband of the deceased person is stated to have committed the murder of his wife by firing gunshot at her. The applicant is the mother-in-law of the deceased person. The applicant rather helped the deceased person by tying a cloth to her injured head and is stated to have even wiped the house
