Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Prajit Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.144 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 109(1), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Binauli, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith his brother Ayush is stated to have committed the murder of brother of informant on 14.05.2025 at about 05:15 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The role of applicant has been subsequently changed and he has been assigned the role of having entered into a conspiracy to commit the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about six hours
