First bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.11.2024 passed in C.M.B.A. No. 28745 of 2024. 2. Heard Ms. Roshni Ibrahim, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 342 of 2023, U/S 302 of IPC and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station - Jaani, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has not put forward any new ground for bail except the period of incarceration as he is in jail since 22.11.2023.
