Heard Sri Araf Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.111 of 2025, under Sections 55, 103(2), 61(2), 152, 196, 197, 299, 351(3), 353(2) B.N.S., 67 of I.T. Act, 13 Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Saleem has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.41764 of 2025, as such, since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.
